PHOTOGRAPHY
My work in drawing, painting, and printing is the reflection of my inner self and has no connotations with the real world around me. It is non-representational.
My photographic work differs from it.
Unlike my non-representational work, the presented photo does start from the world around me: a reality I see and discover. Views or objects in my photos show another dimension; a material dimension inherent to the object but not directly seen or shown at first glance or a view of an object devoid of its manifesting layer.
I do not alter what I see or photoshop it; I photograph what I see; I merely frame it.
In last instance, a reality, an object, is shown to its inherent abstract foundation.
